Creating tasks and posting them to the board makes work expectations visible to everyone involved in a project. Teamy allows you to set a due date, describe the task and assign it to specific people.
Click on Workflows in the left side panel.
After creating a board use the Add a task option to create tasks.
Alternatively, hover over the vertical ellipsis at the top right-hand side of the list name to Add a task.
When creating a task you will have the options of naming it, assigning users, set due dates, priorities, add labels, enter a description, and add attachments.
Click on the Assign User icon to add users to the task.
Click on Due Date to assign a date for when the task is due.
Clicking on Priority will give you the option to set the priority for that task as high, medium, normal or low.
Click on Add Label to create/add a label for the task.
Use the color picker to color code your labels.
Edit a custom label by clicking on the pencil icon next to it.
In the edit view, you can delete a custom label. The five predefined labels can't be deleted.
⚠️ Tasks within a column can be sorted by clicking on the actions icon on the right-hand side of the column name. You can also add a task, duplicate, rename and archive tasks in this view.![]()
Click on and drag the column titles to rearrange them.
Decide which columns show in your view by clicking on the title to turn the background gray which will remove it from the board. Bring it back into view by clicking on the title again and the background will become blue again.
