Managing recurring tasks efficiently is crucial for maintaining productivity and staying organized. With Teamly, you can easily set tasks to repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. This flexibility allows you to tailor your task schedule to your specific needs. Additionally, customize the frequency and start time of your tasks, ensuring they fit seamlessly into your routine and add recurring tasks to specific lists, keeping your workflow streamlined and focused. Whether it's a daily check-in, a monthly report, or an annual review, Teamly has you covered.


Go to the "Workflows" tab.



Click on or create a task, then click “Due Date.”




Click the "Repeat" tab.



Toggle the "Task repeater" option on.



This will enable four task repeating options: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.



Within the “Daily” option, you can toggle the “Don’t repeat on weekends” setting on or off.



Select the repeating "Frequency every" X number of days.



The start time will default to the current time but can be adjusted by clicking the time field.



When the task repeats, you can choose to move it to an existing list.



At the bottom, you will see the details of the task’s repetition schedule and the time it will occur.



Click “Save changes” to apply your configurations.



In the “Weekly” option, select the days of the week on which the task should repeat.



Select the repeating "Frequency every" X number of weeks.



The start time will default to the current time but can be adjusted by clicking the time field.



When the task repeats, you can choose to move it to an existing list.



At the bottom, you will see the details of the task’s repetition schedule and when it will occur.



Click “Save changes” to apply your configurations.



Tasks can also be set to repeat on a “Monthly” basis.



Select the repeating "Frequency every" X number of months.



Choose the day of the month the task will repeat.



The start time will default to the current time but can be adjusted by clicking the time field.



When the task repeats, you can choose to move it to an existing list.



At the bottom, you will see the details of the task’s repetition schedule and the time it will occur.



Click “Save changes” to apply your configurations.



The final option is to set the task to repeat "Yearly."



Select the specific day each year on which the task should repeat.



Select the repeating "Frequency every" X number of years.



The start time will default to the current time but can be adjusted by clicking the time field.



When the task repeats, you can choose to move it to an existing list.



At the bottom, you will see the details of the task’s repetition schedule and when it will occur.



Click “Save changes” to apply your configurations.
