The Tasks view in Teamly is designed for those who thrive on detail and structure. This view provides a straightforward list format, making it easy to track individual tasks, manage deadlines, and prioritize your work.
We’ll explore the features of the Task View, how to customize it to fit your workflow, and best practices for maximizing productivity. If you’re looking for a clear, organized way to manage your day-to-day tasks, the Task view is the perfect solution!
In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" tab.
Click on the name of your workflow, as illustrated in the example below where it is named "General."
The current view is indicated in the drop-down menu located at the top right side of the screen. By default, the view displayed is "Board." To switch between views, click on "Board" and select "Tasks."
On the right side, use the "Filter" option to refine the tasks displayed in a workflow. You can filter by user, due date, status, priority, and labels.
Hover over a task and click on the ellipsis menu to access various options, including marking the task as completed, editing it, duplicating it, copying its link, or archiving it.
Hover over the task’s name and click on it to open a more detailed view.
Need to communicate with or view more details about a user assigned to a task? Click on their icon to open the right-side panel with their profile information.
To quickly update labels, click on an existing label in the column to display a list of labels you can apply to the task or to create a new label.
