Reading a New Message

Reading new messages as they’re received allows issues to be addressed and work to flow during the day.  

There are three places in the side panel where you can be notified of direct messages. First, you'll see a red notification on the project icon, which also displays the number of unread messages. Second, the "All unread" tab will display a notification with a count. Last, you will see a notification next to the user who sent the message.

You can also click on the "Direct messages" tab to view your messages.
