View Task Notifications

Task notifications helps you stay informed and up-to-date on critical events within your Teamly workspace, facilitating your ability to stay on top of essential information and complete your work efficiently.

Click on the "bell icon" at the top right side of the dashboard.

⚠️ The project logo will also display a notification count.

The notifications table will open to the "New" tab where you can view various details such as tasks assigned to you, the assigner, the time elapsed since the assignment, and the task's title.

You have the option to open the notification to review its details or mark all notifications as read.

⚠️ You'll receive notifications for assigned tasks, unassigned tasks, task description updates, and mentions of a user in task descriptions or comments. 

After clicking on a notification or marking it as read, it will be moved to the "History" tab for future reference.

Task notifications are displayed on mobile devices according to the user's settings, as shown in the examples below. In these instances, the user has been assigned and mentioned in the "Getting to know Teamly" task.
