When two columns are full of similar tasks, it’s easiest to duplicate the first column and then edit from there. This way you’re not re-entering the same information over and over again.
Click on Workflows in the sidebar.
Click on the name of your workflow which in the example below is Support Team.
Make sure the workflow is open to Board.
Click on the vertical ellipses alongside the column you wish to duplicate. Select Duplicatefrom the drop down menu.
The duplicated column shows up just to the right of the first. It’s ready to rename and edit to suit your purposes.
