Delete Messages in Bulk

It doesn’t take long for most messages to become stale. They use up storage, and it’s a good idea to clear them out periodically to free up space on the FREE plan. (Remember, the STARTER and BUSINESS plan offers unlimited messages.)

Owners or administrators can access the workspace "Settings" by clicking on the ellipsis located on the right-hand side of the workspace name in the top navigation.

⚠️ Users who do not have owner/administrator privileges will be prompted to reach out to their admin team or clear out messages once they're close to reaching their messaging limit.

Click on "Manage messages."

All messages will be displayed in this view.

Select the messages you want to delete, or click "select all."

At the top right side click on "Delete X messages."

A popup will be shown to confirm the action.

Use the "Filter" dropdown at the top right side to narrow down messages by projects, departments, users and dates.
