Unmute a Department

In a busy Teamly workspace, muting departments can help manage notifications and reduce distractions. However, there may come a time when you need to re-engage with updates from previously muted departments. Whether it's a project you need to monitor more closely or you're ready to rejoin the conversation, unmuting a department is quick and easy. 

Navigate to the department and click on its name at the top.

Click on the ellipsis menu at the top right side and select "Unmute."

A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the department has been successfully unmuted.

Alternatively, users can right-click on the department in the left sidebar and select "unmute."
