Close or Hide a Chat

In the midst of a busy workday, it's not uncommon for your side view to become cluttered with numerous ongoing chats and conversations. When you find yourself seeking a tidier interface, we've designed an intuitive feature that makes it effortless to hide chats, providing you with a cleaner and more organized workspace. 

To close a chat, simply hover your cursor over the user list under "Team Chat" and click on the "X" icon.

You can also close or hide chats by clicking on the "Group chat" dropdown and selecting "Hide this chat."

The option to create departments from chats is coming soon.
