Screenshots are a powerful tool for communication, whether you’re providing feedback, giving instructions, or highlighting important details. Adding annotations can make your screenshots even more effective by drawing attention to specific areas and providing clear visual cues.

In the “Screenshot Editor,” use the markup tools located in the top left corner to add annotations, such as arrows, to emphasize specific areas of your screenshot.

Select the color and size for the arrows using the options at the bottom of the tool.

Use the border tool to highlight a specific area of your screenshot.

At the bottom of the tool, select the color and size for the border.

The text tool lets you highlight specific details or ideas in your screenshot.

Adjust the font, size, color, and alignment as needed.

The draw tool allows you to freehand directly on the screenshot.

Select the size and color for your drawing.

Use the eraser tool to easily remove any drawings.

Select the desired eraser size.

Made a mistake or need to undo the previous edit? Click the undo arrow to revert the change.

If you want to redo the change, click the redo arrow.

On the right, you have the option to “Save” your screenshot.

Selecting the “Share” option, copies a link to your screenshot on your clipboard. It will also be saved to your “Files” tab, where you’ll be redirected to configure your sharing options.
