Creating high-quality videos is an essential skill for effective communication, whether you’re producing content for educational purposes, marketing, or personal projects. Recording a new video allows you to share your message in a dynamic and engaging way.

Open the Teamly Capture bubble and click on "Capture."

Use the crosshair to precisely select the area of the screen you want to record. If necessary, click and drag the selected area to reposition it.

Before starting the recording, you have the option to toggle the narrator's camera bubble on or off, as well as turn the microphone and system sound on or off. You can also cancel the recording or click "Capture" to begin recording.

Clicking on "Capture" will start a countdown.

When the recording begins, you'll see the current run time, the amount of space used out of your plan's allotted space, and options to toggle the narrator's camera bubble, microphone, and system sound on or off. You can also use the pencil icon to draw on the screen recording, pause the recording, or stop it.

After selecting "Stop," the video preview will pop up on your screen, allowing you to make edits as needed. You can also find the recording in the "Files" and then the "Screen Captures" tab.

⚠️ All screen captures can be found in the "Files" tab with the date and timestamp displayed according to the timezone set in your Teamly account.

Clicking on the Teamly tray icon will present the option to "Create Screen Capture Video."
