Use Teamly Capture to take screenshots, then mark them up … so no one ever has to guess what you’re trying to show them!

Open the Teamly Capture bubble or select the Teamly icon from your dock or system tray, then click “Screenshot.”

⚠️  The float widget/bubble can be turned on in your Capture Settings.

Use the crosshairs to select the specific area of the screen you want to capture. On the lower left side of the crosshairs, use the zoom feature to focus precisely on the location of your pointer.

If necessary, click and drag the selected area to reposition it. To capture the full screen, simply click once when the crosshairs appear.

After capturing your screenshot, a link will be automatically copied to your clipboard, and you’ll have the option to open it directly in the "Files" tab.

Once the screenshot is captured, the “Screenshot Editor” will appear. Use the markup tools to edit your screenshot. Our guide here provides detailed information on each available tool.

⚠️ All screen captures can be found in the "Files" tab with the date and timestamp displayed according to the timezone set in your Teamly account.

If the upload fails, a message like the one below will appear, providing options to either cancel or retry the upload.

When your plan’s storage reaches its limit, a pop-up notification (like the one below) will appear. You can free up space by clearing files or consider upgrading your plan for additional storage.
