Duplicate Automations

Save time duplicating automations! When an automation has similar IFs and DOs it’s easiest to duplicate the first automation and then edit from there. This way you’re not re-entering the same information over and over again.

In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" option.

 Ensure that the workflow is set to the "Board" view.

Click on the "Automations" button.

 A comprehensive list of automations for the Workflows will be displayed.

To duplicate an automation, hover your cursor over it and click on the "Duplicate" icon situated on the right side.

Enter a title for the duplicated automation and click on the "Duplicate" button to generate a copy.

The automations list will be updated to include the newly duplicated automation.

From the edit view of an automation, you also have the option to duplicate it.
