Archive a Column

When a column is no longer used, archiving it sets it out of the way for easy retrieval at a future date.

In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" tab.


 

Ensure that the workflow is set to the "Board" view.



Click on the vertical ellipsis icon located next to the column and choose the "Archive" option from the drop-down menu.



A confirmation modal will appear, prompting you to confirm before proceeding.

  1. Locate and click on the "Workflow" tab in the bottom menu of the mobile app.
  2. Click on the vertical ellipsis icon located next to the column.
  3. Choose the "Archive column" option.
