Archiving is useful for seasonal promotions or recurring projects. It sets the workflows away for a future date when they may be used again or referenced. This way, they’re not cluttered amongst the current workboards.

In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" tab.

Ensure that the workflow is set to the "Board" view.

Click on the name of your workflow, as illustrated in the example below where it is named "Support Team."

Hover over the name of the workflow and click on the settings gear icon.

Click on "Archive."

A confirmation modal will appear, prompting you to confirm before proceeding.

To access archived workflows, click on the icon specifically designated for archived workflows.

  1. Locate and click on the "Workflows" tab in the left side panel.
  2. Click on the "Workflow" dropdown menu to select the desired workflow.
  3. Hover over the name of the workflow and click on the settings gear icon and click on "Archive."
  4. A confirmation modal will appear, prompting you to confirm before proceeding.

  2. Click on the "Workflow" dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the ellipsis menu next to the name of the workflow you've like to archive.
