Emojis are a quick way to indicate you’ve read a message. They also help remote teams build camaraderie. You can use emojis in task comments, direct messages, threads, and department messages.
Go to a task, direct message, thread, or department, then click on the smiley emoji below the text field which will display a full view of available emojis.
Use the search field to find emojis, using words like “wave”, for example.
Choose an emoji, and it will appear in the text field.
Click the frequently used icon to view a list of your most commonly used emojis.
You can also browse emojis by category using the options next to the frequently used icon.
- Navigate to a department or direct message.
- Click on the smiley-face emoji below the text field.
- Select the emoji which will add it to the text field. Use the search box to find emojis, using words like “food” or “smile.”
