Managing Workflows

Managing workflows is important to increase efficiency and optimize the processes involved in completing tasks and achieving team goals. Teamly lets you easily manage your workflows to help improve the overall performance.

In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" tab.


 

Hover over the desired workflow and click on the settings gear.



Change the workflow's name and/or archive the workflow if its no longer needed.


The "Users" tab lists users who are associated with the workflow. Hover over the user to view their profile or remove them from the workflow. Click "Add users" option to add additional users to the workflow.



⚠️ Owners, admins, managers and the user who created the workflow will not have the delete icon next to their name.


Automations can be configured for workflows to execute actions based on task properties such as assigning users, tags, statuses and more. Learn more about creating automations.



  1. Locate and click on the "Workflows" tab in the left side panel.
  2. Hover over the desired workflow and click on the settings gear.
  3. Edit the workflow's name, archive or manage users in this view.
  1. Click on "Workflows" in the menu at the bottom of the mobile app.
  2. Click on the "Workflow" dropdown.
  3. Click on the ellipsis menu next to the workflow to edit, add users or archive the workflow.
