Use the timeline cursor to select an area you'd like to cut by dragging the handles on the left and/or right side.
Click on the “Cut” tool or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + X.
Alternatively, right click on the selected area to cut.
Double-click on any part of the timeline cursor to align the handles, then move it to the desired location where you want to paste the cut segment.
Click on the “Paste” tool or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + V.
The copied segment will appear on the right side of the timeline cursor, with a new line added for the cut segment.
Remember to click “Save” once you’ve finished making changes.
