The ability to focus on a precise moment in your video is essential for fine-tuning edits and achieving a polished final product. In this guide, we’ll show you how to navigate and play back specific points in your video timeline using the editor’s playback tools. Whether you’re aligning audio, refining transitions, or reviewing key frames, this feature ensures you can make adjustments with pinpoint accuracy.

In the “Video Editor” modal, position the timeline cursor at the point where you want preview.

Use the timecode tool to navigate to a specific time in the video timeline.

Hover over the right side of the timeline cursor and drag it to set a preview point.

Hover over the left side of the timeline cursor and drag it to set a preview point. You can adjust one side individually or move both sides for precise control.

The preview area will appear highlighted in blue within the timeline cursor frame you’ve selected.

The timecode tool adjusts to the selected area of the middle cursor within the specified range.

The preview playback begins from the timeline cursor’s current position. You can move it left or right as needed. To seamlessly reset all parts of the cursor, double-click the cente or left/right side of the timeline cursor.

Click the play button to preview the selected point in your video.
