Changing your account email is a straightforward process that ensures you stay connected and informed. Whether you’re updating to a new email address or simply want to keep your contact information current, Teamly makes this process easy allowing you to maintain access to your account and receive important notifications without interruption.
Click on the profile icon in the lower left side panel.
Click on "Settings."
Click into the email field, delete the current email address, and enter the new one.
After adding the new email address, click “Save Profile.”
After clicking “Save Profile,” a pop-up notification will appear at the top-right corner, prompting you to check your inbox to confirm the requested email change.
⚠️ A confirmation email will be sent to verify the change. Once the update is successful, users will see an on-screen confirmation similar to the one shown below.
If your email address is blacklisted due to spam-like activity, invalid addresses or has been flagged by security filters for potential misuse, please update your email in your user settings.
