Enable or Disable Screen Capture for Time Tracking

If you want to give your users the option to turn screen captures on or off while tracking time, Teamly makes it simple.

By default, screen capture for time tracking is turned on, and users are unable to turn it off.

Owners, admins and managers can navigate to "Manage team."

 
Hover over and select the user.

Click on "Edit."

Automatic screen capture for time tracking will be toggled on by default.

If you do not want that user's screen to be automatically captured toggle the setting off.

Click on "Update" to apply the changes.

When the automatic screen capture setting is turned off, users can manually control screenshot capture by toggling the “Take screenshots while tracking” checkbox. To stop screenshots, simply uncheck the box; to resume, check it again.
