Creating and Managing SOP Folders

CREATING AND MANAGING FOLDERS

Next to Create SOP at the top right-hand side you will also have the option to add folder to help organize your SOPs. Give your folder a name and click Add.


Once a folder is created in will appear in the main configuration view.


SOPs that are not added to a folder will show on the right-hand side of the created folders.


To add an SOP to a folder click and drag it into the folder which will increase the files count.


To view the SOPs in a folder click on the folder to open it. If you would like to head back to the configuration view click on SOPs in the top navigation.


To open a folder right-click on the folder and select open folder OR just click on the folder.


To rename a folder right-click on the folder and select rename folder.


To delete a folder right-click on the folder, select delete folder and confirm.


At the top right-hand side of the SOPs tab you will also have the option of searching for your SOPs and changing to a list view instead of card view.
