Teamly offers four distinct user types, each with varying levels of access to workspaces and projects.
Workspace Owner
- Full access at the workspace level.
- Owns the workspace and can mange all settings.
- Can archive/transfer a workspace.
- Can upgrade/downgrade an account.
- Can view and modify billing and plan information.
Workspace Admins
- Admin at the workspace level.
- Can view the workspace plan but will not be able to upgrade/downgrade.
- Will not be able to change billing information.
- Will not be able to archive/transfer a workspace.
- Does not own the workspace.
Project Manager
- Admin at the project level.
- Can manage all configurations, tasks and files at the project level.
User
- Manage personal account.
- Add/remove their own tasks/files.
