Inviting New Users to Teamly

Once you’ve created your Teamly account, you’ll want to invite users to your workspace, so you can immediately begin collaborating using Teamly. 

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to:

  • Invite your users to Teamly

  • Give them administrative privileges (or not)

  • & Choose which projects they can access


To invite team users to Teamly:


1. Click Manage Team in the left sidebar.


2. Click the Add users button in the upper-right corner.


3. Enter your invitee’s email in the email address textbox.


4. Choose a user type from the User type picklist.

Note: User types have the following privileges:
Users - Users do NOT have administrative privileges.
Managers - Managers have LIMITED administrative privileges. They can do everything Admins can, except edit billing information or modify Admin accounts.
Admins - Admins have FULL administrative privileges.


5. OPTIONAL: Enter the team user’s job title in the role textbox.

6. Put a checkmark next to the projects you want your user to have access to.

7. Click the Send Invite button.
