How do I cancel my Teamly subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Cancelling your subscription is a simple process in Teamly. We hope you’ll consider returning in the future and look forward to welcoming you back when the time is right!


The workspace Owner can access the "Workspace settings" by clicking on the ellipsis located on the right-hand side of the workspace name in the top navigation.



Click on "Plans."



Click "Downgrade" under the FREE plan.



We’d appreciate your feedback on why you’ve chosen to downgrade or cancel your subscription.


 

Click "Downgrade plan" to proceed. Your subscription will then be set to cancel.



A confirmation email like the one below will be sent to your email. 

⚠️ If you encounter any issues while trying to downgrade your account, please contact our customer experience team for assistance.
