When troubleshooting technical issues, collecting debug logs is essential for diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently. Debug logs provide detailed insights into system activity, errors, and performance, helping our customer experience team identify the root cause of an issue.

Right-click on the "Teamly" icon in your device menu and navigate to "Troubleshooting."

Toggle "Enable debug mode" on. Repeat the steps that caused the issue so the debugging tool can capture the necessary details to help troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing.

After completing the process, click “Download debug logs.” The file will be saved in your downloads folder. Share the file with our customer experience team by attaching the debug logs to your support ticket or chat.

Don’t forget to disable debug mode once you’ve finished troubleshooting
