Upgrading from Teamly Capture to Teamly Business offers a wealth of advanced features designed to enhance your team’s productivity and streamline operations. With Teamly Business, you'll benefit from increased storage space, enabling you to manage more documents and data effortlessly. The addition of live chat fosters real-time communication and collaboration, while workflows and the SOP builder provide tools to standardize and optimize your processes. Time tracking ensures accurate monitoring of work hours, boosting accountability and efficiency. By making the switch, you unlock powerful capabilities that can significantly elevate your team's performance and operational success. 

To preview what each section of the upgraded offer looks like before making the switch, click on the preview toggle at the bottom left side.



Once the "Preview" toggle is turned on, five new tabs will appear: Workflows, SOPs, Direct Messages, Departments, and Time Tracking.



Each section, such as the General department view shown below, includes a personal walkthrough from our founder, providing you with an overview of the added features. Make sure to click on "Enable sound" to hear the walkthrough.
