After you've carefully evaluated your current and future business needs if you decide to downgrade your plan Teamly makes this easy to do.
The workspace Owner can access the "Workspace settings" by clicking on the ellipsis located on the right-hand side of the workspace name in the top navigation.
Click on "Plans."
Choose either monthly or annual billing when downgrading to the PRO or BUSINESS plan.
Review the details and choose "Downgrade."
After making your selection, you'll be presented with the downgrade details, including the new subscription fee, billing cycle, billing date, and any applicable prorated credits.
Click "Downgrade plan" to proceed, and your workspace will be transitioned to the selected plan.
⚠️ Only workspace owners have the ability to manage plans. If a non-owner attempts to downgrade the account, the following message will be displayed. If you encounter any issues while trying to downgrade your account, please don't hesitate to contact our customer experience team for assistance.
