Contact support through the Help Desk by clicking on "Submit Ticket."



Please add your email address, a subject, select your Teamly plan, and provide as much details as possible about your issue, including any relevant attachments and screenshots, to help expedite your request.



OR click on the Live Chat icon at the bottom right-hand side of the Help Desk to contact support.



Please include your name, email address and select your Teamly plan to start the chat.



Within the chat modal, you'll have the option to choose between customer or billing support based on your specific issue.



For quick access to live chat support, we provide a dedicated chat option on our website.

  2. Select "Help Desk" to submit a support ticket. Select "Live Chat" to connect with our customer experience team directly.
