Clear Cache and Restart

Over time, apps store temporary files to improve performance and load times. However, as this data accumulates, it can sometimes cause slowdowns, glitches, or loading errors. Clearing the cache is a simple way to refresh the app without deleting your personal data, saved settings, or account information. 


Right-click on the "Teamly icon" in your device menu and navigate to "Troubleshooting."



Click on "Clear cache and restart." This process won’t delete your personal data, saved settings, or account information—it simply refreshes the app, helping it run more smoothly.
