Failed Payments

Payment failures may occur for various reasons, and we will notify the workspace owner to resolve the issue. Our collection attempts will follow the schedule below, and we will discontinue attempts if the payment is successfully processed during the collection window.



1 day after the initial payment failure. 



3 days after the initial payment failure.



5 days after the initial payment failure. 



In the case of unresolved payment failures, the subscription will be canceled and the account will revert to the FREE plan. 

Workspace Owners can the Settings by clicking on the ellipsis located on the right-hand side of the workspace name in the top navigation.



Click on Manage Account where they will have the option to edit billing information.
