Read a Direct Message

Reading new messages as they’re received allows issues to be addressed and work to flow during the day.  

You’re notified of direct messages at two places in the sidebar. The first is a red notification box alongside the user who sent the message. A second is another notification box beside All unread.  

Once you've clicked into either view you will see the full details of the message.
