Reading a New Message

Reading new messages as they’re received allows issues to be addressed and work to flow during the day.  

There are four locations where you can see new message notifications. First, you'll see a red notification on the workspace name tab, which also displays the number of unread messages. Second, the project icon will also display the unread notification counts. Additionally, the "All unread" tab will display a notification with a count. Last, you will see a notification next to the user or department where the message was sent.

You can also click on the "Direct messages" tab to view your messages.
