Security certificate warning / invalid / untrusted
AS OF 4TH MAY THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED
We are experiencing some teething problems with our security certificate and Firefox and Android browsers.
You may see an error stating "the certificate is not from a trusted authority", which appears like this in Firefox:
Please be assured it is perfectly safe to continue, and your session will be encrypted. To suppress the warning in Firefox you can follow these steps:
- On the warning page, click I Understand the Risks.
- Click Add Exception.... The Add Security Exception dialog will appear.
- Read the text describing the problems with this site.
- Click Confirm Security Exception if you want to trust the site.
If you'd rather not do this please use Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome which work just fine.
We're working on resolving this issue.
