I've invited a person to join our account and now they are showing up as a Connection

If you have invited someone to join your company Teamly account and they are showing up under My Connections, and are only visible to you and no one else in your company this is probably because your Teamly account was created prior to 4th February 2011.

If that is the case you just need to request an update to your account.

To transition to a new style account please submit a support request and we will transition your entire company account. There is no charge for this, and we will retain your data, but your sub-domain will change.

On new style accounts colleagues are automatically connected to each other based on sharing the same email domain address, e.g. john.smith@mycompany.com
