How do I get started with Teamly?
Teamly introductory video:
To get started we suggest setting a few priorities for this month or quarter, (remember a maximum of 5 are allowed).
Ask yourself,
If I could only get 5 things done, what would they be?
This helps you focus on what's really important and makes you think about what you must do, as opposed to what you could do if you had the time, and what you should definitely not do. Think carefully, because you can only edit or delete a priority for the next twenty minutes, if it is for a current period (today, this week, this month or this quarter). If it is for a future period, there is no limitation on editing or deleting.
After you've done that, set some priorities for this week or next week; keep in mind what your high-level goals are for the month, you might copy parts of those.
Finally, identify the 5 must-do items on your list for today or tomorrow.
You have now defined your top priorities and have a clear idea of what really matters.
You will receive automated emails from Teamly at the end of each period which will ask you to review how well you have done and plan for the next period. You can choose what time these arrive by visiting "Settings" and then choosing "Email Notifications".
