Can I set priorities for other people in my team?
No, but you can suggest a Task to someone. Only the user can set his or her priorities on the main dashboard. We believe in people being self-responsible and setting their own goals, rather than being spoon-fed.
Why? While other software tends to include the ability to assign tasks to other people the recipient is not usually motivated by that.
Instead, when someone decides to do something, puts it in Teamly and commits to it, there is a real sense of ownership, even if that priority might have been requested in a meeting or conversation with someone else.
What you can do instead, is suggest a Task to a Teamly user. It is then up to them to promote that Task suggestion to one of their Priorities.
How to suggest a Task to a user:
Click on My Company, My Colleagues, My Team or My Connections, then the person's name. Then click on Tasks, where it says Dashboard/Tasks/Statistics.
Type the suggested Task in the white box, and then click on "Add a new task". Your colleague will see your suggested Task in their list, with your name next to it. They will also receive an email notification, unless they have disabled this.
