Task ranking
I'm thinkign of moving to Teamly from my well establishded Excel solution.
A. Because I liek being in the Cloud
B. So I can share with others
C. I like the five focus
HOWEVER
One way I destress myself is by dumping all my bright ideas - otherwise known as 'things I'd like to do when I have time" into my very lengthy ToDo list. I agree with your focus on five priorities per period and like your idea to have a separate list of tasks that can one day be put into priorities. However as my list of tasks is large (over 100) it'd be unmanageable if I migrated to you fully. For me to use that I need you to replicate what I have in my Excel which is a ranking of tasks. So tasks can be ranked as 1 - I need to do soon to 9 - I might one day manage to get to (probably not, but at least I know it is captured as a bright idea in case I ever feel inspired to do it).
If I were you I'd implement as either an ability to rank tasks
in groups of priorities - say 1-9 (or 99 or 999)
OR to generaliseso user is able to define the categories either 1-9
(like me) or A-Z like me or by the nature of the task - Stratrgic
planning, Team building, Acquisition ideas etc etc
OR perhaps you simply need the ability to move tasks up and down
the list as you do with priorities. Its more important to be able
to do this when you have >5 items!

using free version, but will probably upgrade to busienss version
to use with colleagues once I'm up to speed.

Thanks for trying Teamly and for your suggestions! We have plans to significantly improve the Tasks section and hope to work on that in the next few months. I think we probably implement a couple of the ideas you mention.
