Knowledge base
Hi Scott!
When in logged on state, I expected to see a "help" or other type of link to some getting started information. I know you've got a knowledge base and I know the FAQ link in the footer connects to the kb but I recommend you make the knowledge base more visible for authenticated users.

Yup, good suggestion, we have a whole lot of usability and new user experience things we can improve!
