Tasks: remove the limit in the number of characters

I think the characters limit while inserting a task is a problem. The limit now does not let me explain the tasks, is really really short.

   Thanks for the feedback Guillermo.

   I think we'll keep it fairly short, but might add a notes field to tasks, like we already have for priorities (click on the blue bubble).

   You can expect to see changes and improvements over the next few months.
