Managing Direct Reports
I think the idea of suggesting tasks to other users is great but it does not seem to apply to the case of direct reports or subordinates such as personal assistants and the like. In those cases suggesting seems to belie the nature of the relationship whereby the junior employee has to do what they are asked to.
It would be interesting and useful to see other users thoughts on this as well as that of the developers.
I think the 'suggestion' concept is great though for certain uses. Brilliant idea.

Thanks for the feedback. We are very keen to ensure that users enjoy using Teamly, so would rather stick with the idea of "suggestions" than "commands"... but we're always evaluating what works and what could be improved.
In the meantime....as a manager you can always ask one of your direct reports to explain why they didn't act on one of your suggestions?
