Deleting Users

On December 6, the below response was given by Scott. I am the administrator/owner of the account. However,
after clicking into the "Account" link, I cannot see the "Cancel my account" option. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jason,
If you are set up as the account owner you click on Account at the top of the screen and then click on "Cancel my account".

If you are not the account owner then you should ask that person to remove your account by clicking on "Users" and then "Remove a user".

    Hi Bill

    We've just changed how accounts, signups and invitations operate and as part of that change the option to remove a user or cancel your account has disappeared.

    If you want to do either of these things please let us know.

    Hi Scott,
    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I want to delete users who are no longer
    in the company. At tat.teamly.com, I want to delete Vince, Matthew and
    Kenneth. Can you do that for me?

    Thanks Bill, we will transition your account and delete those users. We will confirm when it has been done and what the new URL is for accessing Teamly.

    your account has moved to http://toutabouttoys-com.teamly.com/ please update your bookmarks. I also removed Vince, Matthew and Kenneth as requested. Let me know if everything works as expected.
