A user I invited didn't receive the email, and now when I go to re-invite him, I'm told it's an invalid or already existent email. How do I perform a re-invite?

Thanks -

T

Sorry, that didn't seem to take - "M9" at prismastar dot com is the address.

    Hi Thomas,

I found an invitation in the database sent to "m9 AT prismastart.com" (note 'start' instead of 'star'). My guess is you're trying to invite again the same email address using the invitation form and hence the error message which basically alert you that the invitation for that non-existent user already exists.

If you try with the correct email address it should get through instantly. For future reference, the way to re-send invitations is to use the "Resend" link present at the right of each email addresses in the "Pending Invitations" section here: http://prismastar.teamly.com/users

Let me know if that helps.
