Invite issue

Trying to invite an employee to join, but it seems the initial invitation was sent and when she joined, it did not include her in our company account and it seemed it created an entirely new account just for her. I have since deleted the account and tried to re-invite but the new invite is not going through. Would it be possible to reset her email?
