Hello,

Congrats on coming out of beta!

There's an issue with your Privacy Policy. In Clause 3.2 it says:

Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties

(my emphasis) Surely you're permitted by law to use any data I freely give you. Strongly recommend simply dropping the "or permitted" part of that. I'm sure you're not looking to share anyone's data, but sadly, bad actors have spoiled the trust pool for all of us...
